Bellevue Relocation

I just heard that a property we had our eyes on, then found out we were too late, might be back in play... It's in the ideal location, it's more square feet than we want, so therefore it's too much, and I think it would be great.

I don't want to get too excited, but I'm happy I followed through on it a month ago, when it was looking bleak.
